41ac Mostly Wooded Land in Hughesville, MD (Charles Co)

And  the Charles Co leases just keep coming in.  This one is 43ac just off of RT 5 outside of Hughesville with plenty of game on the property for hunters to be happy with.  
 
Access to the land is going to be off of Enchanted Place with parking on the property.  From there you can access the rest of the land by foot only.  There will be no ATV use on the land at all.  The primary water source is going to be Gilbert Creek that flows through the property.  The owners have allowed select individuals to hunt on the property previously, but has been very limited and without a lot of pressure on the land.  
 
The owner do have a few rules for the property.  First, they want this to be an archery only lease for the entire season.  Since they live on the lease, they want prenotification from the hunters before coming onto the land.  And parking will be on the gravel/concrete area by the metal maintenance building on the property.   Due to the size of the lease, we are asking to have no more than (3) hunters on the lease.  If you need more than this, please let us know first so we can get the OK.
 
The cost of the lease is going to be $2,100/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due 30 days after the deposit has been paid.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have the first right of refusal to renew it for future season.
