76ac Wooded Land in Thanxton, VA (Bedford Co)
Starting to pick up leases in VA...this is one of three that we lock in down in Bedford Co....just off of RT 460 between Bedford and Interstate 81.
Access to the lease is going to be off of Murray Hollow Rd with plenty of areas to park on the lease. From there, you can access the rest of the land by foot or by ATV. We do ask that ATV use be limited to existing trails and only used to bring in/out game & equipment. The primary food source on the land is going to be the naturally occurring vegetation with plenty of room for a food plot. We do ask that you submit a scope of work to be approved first if you want to put one in. The primary water source is going to be the naturally occurring springs as well as unnamed run off creeks on the land. For anyone who has ever hunters in SW Virginia, they know that this area is excellent AND the number of deer, bear, & turkey tags you get in VA is outstanding.
Other than VDGIF hunting regulations, there are no other restrictions on this lease. And due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (4) hunters on this lease.
The price of the lease is going to be $2,370/yr and this does include a hunting insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% deposit locks this in with the balance due by the end April. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters locking in this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
