104ac Wooded Land in Cresco, PA (Monroe Co)
Somehow we got lucky on getting this lease. Not too many we find available in the Poconos. This one is only 10mi outside of East Stroudsburg.
Access to the land is going to be from a number of entry points. The primary one is at the end of Felicity Ln. There's also access points off of Laurel Dr and Spruce Dr. From these access points, you can access the rest of the property by foot or by ATV. We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game and equipment and restricted to existing trails. The primary food source is going to be the naturally occurring vegetation with ample are for hunters to put in a food plot if you want to. Just run any food plot plans by us first for approval. The primary water source is going to be a variety of creeks and ponds on and bordering this lease. No shortage of them at all. The Poconos has ALWAYS been a solid place to hunt and whenever we do lock in a lease up here, they normally go quick and always get renewed by the hunters.
Other than PGC regulations, there are no other restrictions on this lease. And due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (5) hunters on this lease. If you need more than this, let us know so we can get the OK.
The cost of the lease is going to be $3,500/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due by the end of May. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to lock it in for future seasons.
