133ac Wooded Land in Wyoming, DE (Kent Co)
Just picked up this 133ac in Kent Co for the 2026-27 season. With Kent Co leases is short supply, I can't imagine it will last all that long. This lease is less than 5mi from the MD/DE line.
Access to the land is going to be right off of Fox Hole Rd with parking on the property. From there you can access the rest of the lease by foot or ATV. We do ask that any ATV use be limited to existing trails and for only bringing in/out game and equipment. Absolutely no recreational riding on the land. The primary water source is going to be Culbreth Marsh Ditch which runs the eastern border of the lease as well as Ross Prong and Luther Marshall Prong. The primary food sources will be the AG fields on the properties bordering the land, with plenty of room on the lease for a food plot as well. We do ask that any food plot plans be submitted for approval first. As far as the quality of hunting on the land, this is the Eastern Shore and it's always been good. Hunters picking up this lease will be quite happy.
There are no additional rules other than following DNR regulations. Due to the size of the property, we are asking to have no more than (7) hunters on the lease. If you need more than this it shouldn't be an issue, please let us know so we can get the OK first.
The cost of the lease is going to be $10,000/yr and this does include a hunting insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit lock it in with the balance due by the end of April. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have the ability to renew it for future seasons.
