152ac Farm Land in Slatington, PA (Lehigh Co)

Locked this one in for the 2026-27 season.  Will say upfront that this is on the higher end of costs than our normal leases.  But the owner is saying this is definitely worth it when you see the quality of deer on the property.

 

Access to the land is going to be off of Shady Nook Rd with parking on the property.  From there you can access the rest of the property by vehicle, ATV or by foot.  Just any vehicle or ATV use on the land needs to be on existing roads/trails and for only bringing in/out game and equipment.  A tributary off of the Lehigh River is the main water source that runs through the upper end of the lease.  The AG fields on and surrounding the lease are the primary food sources.  As stated above, the owner is saying the land is prime for hunting with a number of really nice deer on the property. 

 

Other than PGC rules, there are no other restrictions on the lease.  And due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (10) hunters on the lease.

 

The cost of the lease is going to be $21,500/yr and this does include a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit locks the property in with the balance due by the end of April.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have the first right of refusal to renew it for following seasons.
