236ac Farm Land in Liverpool, PA (Perry Co)

This is 236ac of prime farm land that is literally outside of Liverpool, PA and just off of the Susquehanna River.  For years, this was the owners primary hunting area and boasts that the hunting on this land is excellent.  
 
Access to the land is going to be off of Rubendall Rd with parking on the land.  From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or by ATV.  We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game and equipment and restricted to existing trails and road.  Absolutely no riding in the fields.  The primary food source is going to be the existing AG fields on the land.  The primary water source is going to be Bargers Run which flows through the southern border of the lease.  As stated above, this was the owners primary are to hunt for years with excellent results every year.  He's only giving it up because he has purchased other parcels and can't hunt all of them.  The hunters on this lease will be very happy with the results of his hunting management on this land.
 
Other than PGC laws, there are no additional restrictions on this lease.  And because of the size, we are asking to have no more than (10) hunters on this lease.  
 
The cost of the lease is going to be $6,000/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in for the season with the balance due by the end of May.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have the first right of refusal to renew this for following seasons.
