238ac Farm Land in Liverpool, PA (Perry Co)
Perry Co is quickly becoming one of our countries in PA that's constantly growing. This is one of (3) solid leases in Perry Co that we just picked up for this coming season.
Access to the land is going to be off of Perry Valley Rd with parking on the upper side of the red barn. From there, you can access the rest of the property by foot or ATV. We just ask that any ATV use be limited to existing trails and to stay out of the fields. Also, please limit the use to bringing in/out game & equipment. No recreational riding on the property. The main water source is going to be Bergers Run, which flows through the middle of this property and dumps into the Susquehanna River to the east. The primary food sources will be the AG fields on the property. All of our Perry Co leases that are near the Juniata River or the Susquehanna River have always been very productive. Can't imagine this one will be any different.
There are a few rules that the landowner wants us to abide by. First off, this will be an archery only lease for the entire season for the 1st year. The owner also has asked us to write in (1) individual into the lease who will only hunt maybe once or twice a season. The hunters will need to provide the landowner 24hrs advance notice of being on the lease.
The cost of the lease is going to be $6,700/yr and this does include a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit lock is in for the season with the balance due by the end of April. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for following seasons.
