300ac QMD Managed Land in Laurel, DE (Sussex Co)

What an incredible find!!!!!  Locked in 300ac of a total of 750ac of truly deer managed property.  Comes with established & managed food plots & tower stands.  And the owners have purposely not harvest any bucks off of this land for the last 5yrs to ensure a good stock of 3.5+ year old wall hangers.  To make this even better, we will be picking up the remaining 750ac in the next few years.  

 

Access to the property is going to be off of Shiloh Church Rd with parking on the property.  From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or ATV.  We do ask that any ATV use be limited to only bringing in/out game and equipment.  and restricted to existing trails and field edges.  Primary food sources will be the managed food plots that will be planted with clover, radishes and sugar beets and managed by the owners.  The primary water source is Beaver Dam Branch that flows through the southern portion of the lease.  Overall....this is an incredible find.  Very rarely do we lock in a true QDM properties like this.  This is going to be an incredible season for whoever picks this one up.

 

With this  being a QDM property, there's a few rules we have to follow.  First, all bucks harvested must be 8pt or more and at least 16" for an inside spread.  Hunters must also harvest 1 doe before harvesting a buck.  And all harvests must be reported to the field rep listed on this property, along with PIC's.  Due to the size of the property, we are asking to have no more than (15) hunters on the lease.

 

The cost of the lease is going to be $16,000/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due 30 days from the date the deposit gets paid.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for following season.
