33ac Wooded Land in Prince Frederick, MD (Calvert Co)

Locked in this unique hunting lease in Calvert Co this year.  It's actually two separate parcels that are being leased out together.  
 
Access to the properties will both be off of Adelina Rd with parking on both parcels.  from there you can access the rest of the properties by foot or ATV.  We do ask to keep ATV use limited to only bringing in/out game and equipment.  The primary food sources will be the AG fields on surrounding parcels.  The primary water source will be a few unnamed streams that feed into the Patuxent River.  Our first year into Calvert Co.  Been told this is one of the primary SoMD counties we need to start working.  So far, the first couple of leases we put up went quick, so I'm sure this one will follow suit. 
 
The only additional rule, above DNR regulations, that the landowner has added is no Sunday hunting on the eastern parcel.  It's OK on the western one.  And that's it.  Due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (2) hunters on the lease.  
 
The cost of the lease is going to be $2,300/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in with the balance due June 15.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters who pick this lease up will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
