Just locked in this lease with the Ocean Council BSA to pick up 350ac of wooded land in Barnegat.  And the best part is the price which ends up being less than $20/ac.
 
Access to the land is going to be off of Wells Mill Rd on the east end of the property.  From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or ATV.  We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game and equipment and restricted to existing trails only.  There will be no recreational riding on the property not cutting in new trails.  The primary food sources will be the naturally occurring vegetation on the property on the lease with plenty of room to put in a food plot or two.  We do ask that you run by us any food plot plans for approval first.  Oyster Creek is the primary water source and it runs through the NW corner of the property.  There's a number of run off creeks and springs on the property as well.  This is by far a fantastic opportunity for us and the hunters picking up this lease will be quite happy with it.
 
Other than state/zone hunting regulations, there are no other additional rules or restrictions on this lease.  We are asking to have no more than (10) on the lease.
