42ac Wooded Land in Prince Frederick, MD (Calvert Co)
And our expansion into SoMD continues into Calvert Co for this season. This 42ac wooded lease RT 4 and RT231 in Prince Frederick.
Access to the land is going to be off of Tate Rd with parking on the property on the left as you enter it. From there you can access the rest of the land by foot or ATV. We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game & equipment and restricted to existing trails. The primary food source is going to be the naturally occurring and vegetation on the lease as well as the residential vegetation on the surrounding properties and the AG fields to the north. The primary water source is going to be Mill Creek which flows just to the north of the lease. Not a huge lease, but a perfect fit for 1-2 hunters. And with Calvert Co being a great place to hunt, this one should be VERY productive.
Other than following DNR regulations, there are no additional restrictions on this lease. And due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (3) hunters on the lease.
Cost of the lease is going to be $3,100/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in for the season with the balance due by the end of May. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
