59ac Wooded Land in Martinsburg, WV (Berkeley Co)
Picking up more leases in Berkeley WV for the 2026-27 season. This one is on 59ac just outside of Martinsburg.
Access to the lease is going to be down Gregory Dr with parking to be designated by the landowners. From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or by ATV. We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game and equipment only. The primary water access is going to be Eagle Run, which runs through the southern border of the lease, two ponds that border the lease on the norther end, and Opequon Creek which is just east of the property. Primary food sources will be the residential lawns and a few AG fields that border the property as well as the naturally occurring vegetation on the lease. In talking to the landowner, this property is filled all kind of game and the hunters will not be disappointed at all.
Other than WV hunting regulations, there are no other restrictions on this lease. And due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (4) hunters on the lease.
The cost of the lease is going to be $6,000/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit locks it in with the balance due by the end of April. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for following seasons.
