Not too often that we get leases in Bucks Co, so this is a pretty awesome find on our end.  Not really huge but it's going to make a group of hunters very happy to pick up.

 

Access to the land is going to be right off of Diamond Street with multiple areas to park on the property.  From there, you can access the rest of the property by foot or by ATV  We do ask that ATV use be kept to existing trails and only to bring in/out game and equipment.  Absolutely no recreational riding on the property.  The primary water source is going to be Pleasant Spring Creek that flows just to the south of the lease.  And the primary food sources will be the AG fields as well as the residential plants on the properties bordering the lease.  There's also a few areas on the lease that can be easily turned into food plots if needed as well.  This is probably urban hunting at its best.  Bucks Co is well know for being polluted with deer.  So the hunters locking in this lease should be quite happy with it.

 

Other than PGC regulations, there are no other restrictions on this lease.  And due to the size, we are asking to limit this to no more than (3) hunters on this lease.  

 

The cost of the lease is going to be $5,700/yr and this does include a hunters insurance from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due by the end of April.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew the lease for future season.
