68ac Wooded Land in Frankfort, DE (Sussex Co)

Our efforts to get into Sussex Co are starting to pay off.  Just picked up another one....68ac in Frankford.  
 
Access to this lease is going to be off of Wilgus Cemetery Rd.  From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or ATV.  We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game and equipment and restricted to existing trails.  The primary food sources is going to be AG fields surrounding the property with plenty of room for a food plot on the property.  We just need to see your plans first for approval.  The primary water source is going to be a number of creeks on and surrounding the property as well as a pond on the property.  Overall, we have been continually asked to bring on more Delaware leases, especially in Sussex Co.  They hard to find and the ones we have always get renewed. Like the others, I can't imagine this one is going to last on here too long.
 
There are no additional restrictions on this lease other than DNREC hunting regulations.  Due to the size of the property, we are capping this to no more than (4) hunters on the lease.
 
The cost of the lease is going to be $7,200/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due June 15.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
