73ac Wooded Land in Chesapeake Beach, MD (Calvert Co)
Was able to lock in the 73ac parcel for this coming season just off of the bay in Calvert Co. Calvert Co leases are starting to come in and from what I'm hearing, they're going to turnout to be pretty solid parcels.
Access to this lease is going to be off of Dalymple Rd as well as Christianna Parran Rd. There's also a right of way access to the property off of Bayside Rd. From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or ATV. Just keep ATV use limited to bringing in/out game and equipment and restricted to existing trails. Primary food sources will be the small tilled areas on the property that may be able to become food plots. Just send us your plans so we can get them approved. The primary water sources will be an unnamed creek that passes through the western half of the property as well as Fishing Creek that flows just to the west of the property. This lease holds a lot of potential and very much looking foreword to seeing how it turns out.
The owners are asking that this to be an archery only lease for the entire season. Other than that, just follow DNR regulations. Due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (4) hunters on the lease. If you need more than this, let us know so we can get the approval.
Cost of the lease is going to be $5,300/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due by June 15. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
