760ac Wooded Land on Whitetail Mountain, PA (Franklin Co)
We have waited years to get this lease from the owner and it's now finally ours. Yes, that is Whitetail Ski resort to the east of the property. And this area is absolutely LOADED with quality deer, bear & turkey. And the best part...it's only $23/ac. THIS IS GOING TO GO FAST!!!!
Access to the land is going to be off of Blairs Valley Rd with parking on the property. As a heads up, you WILL need 4WD vehicles to get to the property. From there you can access the rest of the land by ATV's with plenty of trails giving you full access to all 760ac. We do suggest you bring a GPS that can track your movements so you can map all of the trails out. The primary food source is going to be the naturally occurring vegetation on the lease with plenty of room to put in a variety of food plots, The primary water sources will be Licking Creek which flows into the lease just to the west of the of the property, Lanes Run which flows through the southern end of the property, Little Conocoheague Creek which is just to the east of the property, and a variety of naturally occurring springs and unnamed creeks all over the property. We have a few other leases in the general area (both MD and PA) and ALL have been phenomenal properties. And to get access to this at $23/ac is absolutely a fantastic find.
Other than following PGC regulations, there are no other rules or restrictions on this lease. And due to the size of the lease, we are asking to have no more than (30) hunters on the lease.
The cost of the lease is going to be $17,000/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable lock this in with the balance due in 30day from the deposit being paid. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
