76ac Wooded Land in Westfield, PA (Tioga Co)
Tioga Co is not an area we normally pick up leases, but we have received a lot of demand in the past to get leases in the northern central areas of PA.
Access to the lease is going to be off of California Rd with parking on the land. From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or ATV. Just keep ATV use limited to bringing in/out game & equipment only. No recreational riding on the land. The primary food source is going to be the open areas on the lease, nearby AG fields, as well as the naturally occurring vegetation. And there's plenty of room for food plots too. Just need to run the plans by us first for approval before putting one in. The primary water source is going to be California Brook that flows just on the other side of California Rd. In talking to a number of hunters familiar with Tioga Co and in this area in general, I'm told that the hunters locking this one in will be VERY happy with quantity and quality of game,
Other than PGC regulations, there are no additional rules or restrictions from the landowner. Abd due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (5) hunters on the lease.
The cost of the lease is going to be $4,000/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit locks in the lease with the deposit due by June 15. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have the option to renew it for following seasons.
