84ac Wooded Land in Vineland, NJ (Cumberland Co)

One of three leases we just picked up in Vineland form one of our corporate partners.  Just on the outskirts of Vineland and all but bordering some of the game & wildlife preserves that are east of Millville.  

 

Access to this lease is going to be right off of East Sherman Ave with parking on the land.  From there you can access the rest of the property via ATV or by foot.  We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game and equipment.  Absolutely no recreational riding on the property.  The primary water source is going to be Berryman Branch which runs just west of the lease as well as a few naturally occurring springs on the property.  Primary food sources will be the various AG fields around the lease.  There is room to put in a food plot if the hunters want as well.  Just need to get a scope of work for approval first.  Overall SNJ leases in Cumberland have been great for us.  Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out.

 

Other than state/zone hunting regulations, there are no additional harvest or weapon restrictions on this lease.  Due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (4) hunters on the lease.  If you need more than this, please let us know so we can get approval.

 

The cost of the lease is going to be $3,700/yr and this does include a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% deposit lock this in with the balance due by the end of April.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for following seasons.
