86ac Wooded Land in Lexington Park, MD (St. Mary's Co)
Getting more St. Mary's Co leases coming in and loving in. These are some awesome properties and St. Mary's Co is turning out to be an awesome place to hunt.
Access to the land is going to be off of a right of way drive that comes off of Three Notch Rd with room to park on the lease. From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or by ATV. We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game & equipment. The primary food source is going to be naturally occurring vegetation on the property as well as the AG field directly to the west of the property. And there's PLENY of room for a food plot or two if you want to put them in. Just run the plans by us first for approval. Primary water sources will be the naturally occurring springs on the property as well as run off drainage creeks. Overall, we are excited to pick up another St Mary Co's lease. These are always productive and excited to see what this one is going to produce as well.
Other than DNR regulations, there are no additional rules or restrictions on this lease. Due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (5) hunters on this lease.
The cost of the lease is going to be $4,900/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in with the balance due by June 15. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
