88ac Wooded Land in Forest, VA (Bedford Co)

This is the 3rd of three leases we lock in for the upcoming season in the Bedford Co area of SW Virginia.  This one is located just a bit north between Bedford & Lynchburg.  
 
Access to the land is going to be right off of Elk Valley Rd with parking at the gate (do not block access).  From there you will have to access the rest of the property by foot.  There will be no ATV access onto the land.  The primary food sources will be the AG fields just to the west of this lease.  There's also plenty of room for food plots if the hunters want to put one in.  We do ask that you send in a scope of work to be approved of first if you want to put one in.  The primary water source is going to be Elk Creek that flows just to the west of the lease.  The lease is nothing but a natural funnel from the mountain to the east, going to the water & food sources to the west.  This is the perfect pinch point type of hunting one could hope for.  And being in SW Virginia, there is no shortage of game nor tags too.  
 
Other than VDGIF regulations, there are no other weapons or harvest restrictions on this lease.  Due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (5) hunters on this lease.  
 
The cost of the lease is going to be $2,500/yr and this does include a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters.  A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due by the end of April.  Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option.  And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it on an annual basis.
