89ac Mostly Wooded Land in Harrison Valley, PA (Potter Co)
Normally this time of year any new leases we lock in get held until January to be available for the following season. But every one in a while we get a landowner who asks us to try and fill it for this current season. And with Potter Co being a pretty high demand area, we said we'll put it up and see what happens.
Access to the land is going to be off of West Main st with parking on the property. From there you can access the rest of the property by foot or ATV. We do ask that any ATV use be limited to bringing in/out game & equipment and restricted to existing trails only. The main food source on the property will be the pasture area which can be converted into food plots. If you want to out in a food plot, please run a detailed scope of work by us first for approval. The main water source is going to be the Conwanesque River which makes up almost the entire northern border of the property. Yes, this is a 11th hour lease pick up with the season getting ready to start in a few weeks. But it being in Potter Co and all of our hunters having first right of refusal to renew their leases, one can look at this as an early jump onto a lease for next year.
Other than PGC rules, there are no additional restrictions for this lease. And due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (5) hunters on this lease.
The cost off the lease is going to be $3,500/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit locks this in with the balance due before ANY active hunting starts on the lease. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking out for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it annually.
