98ac Wooded Land in Warfordsburg, PA (Fulton Co)
Just picked up this 98ac in Fulton Co from one of our long-standing partners and looking forward to seeing it get filled. Awesome piece of land that is bordered by SGL 65, where the nearest public access is a good bit away.
Access to the lease is going to be off of Sideling Hill Rd and Spring Grove Rd via an abandoned road that connects the two. Owner is working on getting this access road improved so for now you will have to get to the lease on this road by foot. But it is not a far walk from the Spring Grove Rd entrance. This access should be finalized in the by the time the lease actually begins. The primary water source is going to be naturally occurring springs on the property as well as Little Tonoloway Creek that runs just to the west of the property. The primary food source is going to be the AG fields to the SE of the property with plenty of room on the lease to put in a food plot if you want to. Just run the plans by us first so we can get the OK on them. Overall, this is our first lease into Fulton Co and have always heard excellent reviews on the hunting there.
Other than PGC regulations, there are no additional restrictions on this lease. And due to the size, we are asking to have no more than (5) hunters on the lease. If you need to have more people than this, just let us know so we can get the OK.
The cost of the lease is going to be $4,000/yr and this includes a hunters insurance policy from Outdoor Underwriters. A 50% non-refundable deposit lock this in with the balance due by the end of April. Just use the discount code DEPOSIT when checking for this option. And the hunters picking up this lease will have first right of refusal to renew it for following seasons.
